Shop Policies

  • All sales are final.  Reasonable requests for refunds or order cancellations will be assessed on an individual basis, but please understand that I will generally not be able to accommodate these requests due to the p4p nature of most of my projects. 

  • If your order contains both in hand and pre-order items, your order will ship once the pre-order items are available.  If you would like the in hand items sooner, please place a separate order for those items or reach out to me to arrange additional payment for shipping.

  • International shipping: I am unable to ship to any country that USPS is not currently shipping to (please check the list on their website if you are unsure).  I am also not able to ship to any country that requires a license for recycling packaging materials (i.e. Germany).

  • Once items are shipped, I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.  The best way to address shipping/tracking issues is to contact your local post office, or submit a claim online.  If you need assistance, please let me know and I will do my best to help you.

  • Do not resell any items from my shop for a profit.  Anyone found violating this request will be banned from future shop purchases. Trades should be for items of a similar/equal value.

  • Enamel Pins will not be graded.  However, I will not use pins with significant flaws to fulfill pre-orders.  In-hand pins with these types of flaws may be sold at a cheaper price to help fund the upfront costs of future projects or recoup losses from previous projects.

  • Project updates will be posted on my Instagram and Twitter accounts.  Please reach out with any questions or concerns.
